Scheduling your check-in
Juna is built around scheduled check-ins. Choose a time you can reliably answer, then adjust it as your routine changes.
If a check-in is not arriving when expected, confirm your iPhone notification settings and make sure you are signed in on the device you use for Juna.

Receiving a Juna call
When it is time to reflect, Juna uses a call-like iOS surface so the moment feels familiar and easy to notice.
If a call-like check-in does not appear, check Focus settings, notification permissions, network connectivity, and whether your device is running a supported iOS version.

Keeping recordings local
Juna is designed so the journal flow stays centered on your iPhone during launch.
Support requests should describe the problem in your own words. Do not include recordings, transcripts, or journal entries in the message.

Account access and device setup
Use the same sign-in method you used when you first set up Juna. If you changed devices, confirm Juna is installed and notifications are enabled on the iPhone you want to use.
When writing to support, include the email address on your Juna account, your iPhone model, and your iOS version so the team can follow up quickly.

iOS availability
Juna is iOS-only for launch. The website and support content focus on the iPhone app and the App Store download path.
If you are looking for Juna on another platform, use the support form to share interest without sending private journal content.
